  Tell us the game name and roughly when it happened. Screenshots help most.

• Account or sign-in trouble

  Write from the email address on the account so we can find it.

• Billing and Premium

  Subscriptions are billed by Apple. We can still help you work out what was charged.

• Delete your account

  Delete it in the app, or request account and data deletion by email if you cannot sign in.
